I have the problem that I can no longer connect the vacuum cleaner to the app. At first it said "offline". Then I reset the vacuum cleaner according to the instructions and deleted it from the app. Now I can no longer receive WiFi from the vacuum cleaner and it is also not recognised in the app. Can anyone help?

had the same problem, make sure you configure the robot in the following order: 1. reset completely 2. reset the wifi settings of the robot 3. find the robot in the app (usually takes 1-2 min. until it appears!) and 4. complete the configuration.
