Question about Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 3C

I have the 3C and I am basically happy... but unfortunately I can't connect it in the app. the device is recognised and gets a message, but when I connect it to the network it always times out... was anyone able to successfully connect the device (3C)? The same thing happens with a replacement device. Tried it via ipad, android tab and android phone... think it's the software.... or does anyone have a tip?

It works for me without any problems. I am also satisfied with the device. Try everything again from the beginning or uninstall the app and connect it again.
