I have just discovered this dehumidifier and it sounds super exciting. I have a question about the electricity savings of 50%, on what basis are these measured? It's not exactly clear to me. Thanks for your help.

I bought the dehumidifier a good 2 weeks ago and connected it to a measuring device. In my room at 20 degrees and the dehumidifier set to 50%, it runs for about 4 hours a day and has now used 4.57 kWh after 8 days. That's about the same amount as my old appliance used, so I wouldn't hope too much for this 50% saving.

Galaxus will probably not reply here, you would have to contact customer service. Personally, I didn't notice any difference in my electricity bill last summer.

Hello,
I don't have any official data. Nor do I know what parameters they are based on.

It all depends on your setting: automatic or set at 40% humidity, for example.

For my part, I set the appliance at 40% from 08:00 to 18:00 from January to March. My quarterly electricity bill was very, very, very high!

In future, I'll set the appliance to automatic for a shorter period.
