I have had this hoover for over three years and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, the battery has not been charging since yesterday. Has this happened to anyone else? Could it be the charging cable?

I have the PowerPro Uno (previous model) and have the same problem. The battery no longer charges. Have you been able to test whether it was just a defect in the power supply?

I have not yet experienced this problem.
It is possible that it is the cable/transformer. But it could also be the battery.
