I bought this model because of the promo with the 5 year guarantee. Device registered after a week and is also displayed in my DeLonghi account. However, I don't see any confirmation of a 5-year guarantee. No confirmation email, nothing stored in the account... I bought and registered within the specified period. Any tips?
