I bought the La Specialista Prestigio new. I cleaned and inserted everything. I followed the instructions very carefully and wanted to do a rinse cycle. But NO water comes out. But there is water in the tank. Can anyone help me? :(

I had exactly the same problems !!! In the end, the machine was replaced/exchanged with another one (same type/brand). And it's working smoothly so far. MfG, ROK07

I also had the same problem.
It seems to be a defect.
It was probably a coincidence, but the problem occurred on two devices with the black version and it was only on the third attempt (with the silver version) that the start-up went smoothly.
