I bought a De'Longhi Citiz Platinum. How do I get the CHF 50 for the coffee capsules? Have I made an account with Nespresso?

The credit is only available to new Nespresso customers and only if you place an order. I was already a Nespresso customer with another coffee machine and therefore did not receive the 50.
