Mine has been in operation for a good 2 1/2 years now. In principle, it runs every day and all day, except when we are on holiday. We clean it often and descale it twice a year because we also use filtered water. We are still very satisfied and hope it stays that way :-)

I have been using the machine for two years. I make coffee with it not only in the morning but also during the day and it works great. However, I would definitely use filtered water (e.g. water filter jug). Then it is enough to decalcify it 1 or 2 times a year at the most.
