How does it work with long hair? Do they get tangled in the rollers?

Helpful answer

Yes, some of the hair gets caught in the rollers and especially on the front wheel of the appliance (but it can be removed once you understand the technique). You need to remove them at least once a week if you use the robot every day. But I think that's the problem with all robot hoovers. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied, I think it's good value for money and it's probably the best brand out there. I don't regret my purchase.

Without knowing other models, I think the solution for the hair here is successful. Most of the hair collects at both ends, on the side holders of the two cleaning rollers. The rollers and the holders are super easy to dismantle to get rid of the collected hair. Someone has put some thought into this. Even without daily depilation, the vacuum cleaner does its job without restriction, as the hair does not wrap around the brushes but is channelled outwards to the holders where it does not get in the way. Depilating once a week is enough for us (150 square metres of cleaning area).
