Hey. Has anyone experienced scratch marks from the Roborock on the parquet (lacquered/sealed)? The robot leaves more and more wide white stripes (fine but very visible scratches) on our new floor, does anyone know this problem? We don't see any damage to the appliance per se.

I don't know this problem. But I would say that there is something involved that is causing the scratches.
