Hello!I bought a Gritzner788 and I did in the right way the threading ( I checked it several times to be sure ), but it does not start !The light is on but when I push the pedale to start it does not do anything at all!What could be the problem?

Is the pedal correctly inserted? Even if it is not correctly threaded, the needle should move when the pedal is pressed, it would not simply sew correctly.
Otherwise the only option is to send it in for repair.
