Hello!I bought a Gritzner 788 and I threaded in the correct way ( I checked it several times to be sure) ,but it does not want to start!The lightis turned on but if I push the pedal it doesn't do anything at all....What could be the problem?

I am sorry but I do not know. There are quite a few blogs about the machine on YouTube. Maybe you will find something useful there. Or you could contact Gritzner on info@stickstore.de for help. There is also a chat on the homepage meine-naehmaschine.de. If they can’t help you will need to return it to Galaxus but probably there is a simple explanation.
