I have two devices, one for the cellar and one for the bathroom / upper floor.

The EcoQ needs less power, but in my experience the performance of the other one from Woods is better and faster. To your question: Are you looking for fast and more expensive or energy-saving and slower?

No guarantee, but I suspect it's the same as the normal, non-"Energy Saver" version. See also the manufacturer's website.
