Hello, is it the case that the handles get hot when cooking - and you need oven mitts to take them off the cooker? Thank you, Bettina

Yes, the handles on the pan and lid get really hot. The fact that you shouldn't put the pans in the dishwasher and that they are so unattractively stained and discoloured after first use makes them an impractical kitchen product. Since we put them in the dishwasher anyway, they look quite nice again. PS: I don't recommend buying them, but I still like them somehow.
