Hello, I have the problem that my rice regularly boils over. I use commercial jasmine rice and follow the instructions (cups) exactly. After 30 minutes, the rice is already a mush and no longer really fluffy as it should be. Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

It's funny, but so far every rice has worked perfectly with the appliance.
Check the following points if necessary:

- First measure the rice with the measuring cup
- Wash the rice with cold water until the water is no longer cloudy.
- Fill up with water to the correct level (the rice must already be in the bucket).
- Select the right programme (the normal rice programme takes one hour).

Do not open the appliance during cooking

This has always worked for me with jasmine rice. Otherwise, change the brand of rice.
The best thing is to buy it in an Asian shop and say that it is for the rice cooker...
