To extend the battery life, I recommend only putting the H12 on the charging station when the battery level is around 20-22 %. I also own the Tineco S5 Pro - after a short time (I use the vacuum cleaners every day), the power had already dropped to just 40 %.

I got the appliance exchanged - with the advice not to charge the battery in future until it is at around 20 %, as otherwise the individual battery cells could be damaged.

I also recommend emptying the dirty water tank after each use and leaving it open to dry so that the filter can also dry thoroughly. The brush roll should be rinsed regularly under hot running water and then left to air dry.
