Has anyone here had problems with the water inflow? I have read that there is sometimes a problem with filling the robot. Does it mop the floor evenly? Or is the floor very damp at the beginning and then gets drier and drier?

Hello everyone, since Friday we have also had the Dreame L10s Ultra and unfortunately also the problem with the water supply. We have already tried several times with the straw to loosen the blockage and have also carried out the self-repair at least 10 times. Unfortunately, the tank in the robot is still not filled. Is there a reasonable remedy for the problem in the meantime? Or do I have to file a warranty claim via Galaxus. Thank you very much for some tips.

I also had problems with the water inflow. Since I am of the opinion that a device in this price range should work directly, I had it replaced (2x). All three units did not attract the water via the station. I didn't want to give up on the third appliance, because I was so enthusiastic about it and there is no alternative for our household. What helped me, after searching countless forums:
First, test whether the self-cleaning function of the station works and whether water runs through it. If not:
2. run the self-repair function of the station, which may have to be done several times (in my case, the self-cleaning function worked after the second run of the self-repair function).

From that moment on, our robot purred like a kitten and does its job to absolute satisfaction! <3

Yes, unfortunately I have exactly this problem. But I still have hope that this is only the case at the beginning, until all the air is out. I've only had the robot since Thursday.
