For a few weeks now, we have had the annoying problem that our Dreames (we have two, one about 2 years old, the other about 9 months) always work at full suction power. Although they are set to quiet, they vacuum as if they were on carpet. Only in very specific small zones does it sometimes work. The "quiet" setting does not seem to be available in some rooms as a "no suction" symbol appears instead of the correct symbol. As the hoovers are very loud due to this malfunction, it is practically impossible to stay in the flat during the cleaning time. Can anyone help?
