Do you have to use those expensive ESE pads here, for 80 Stutz per kilo of coffee and more waste than coffee, or can you also fill in powder yourself?
The FrancisFrancis X1 Trio has an E.S.E system, so only E.S.E pads 44mm can be used, loose powder does not work. However, you don't have to use only pads from Amici (for 80 CHF per kilo). E.S.E. pads 44mm from other brands can also be used.
