Exactly as Urs writes. With the wheel you can choose between foam or flat milk. I would buy this machine again immediately!

Possible are:
Espresso, Caffe, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Caffe Latte and warm milk.
Everything is absolutely adjustable.
Example: For latte macchiato, the amount of milk and coffee can be set separately and also how much milk foam there should be.

I am thrilled with the machine.
