Can the boiler warm the water to (for example) 40°C? Or does it first go to 100°C then lets it cool down to 40°C? And can this behaviour be changed via the app?

Yes, this is possible. The water is only heated to the set temperature.

Hi, it boils to desired temprature. This you can set using mobile app.
Apparently it looks a great smart kettle
But after 3 months of usage, this Kettle is broken already.
Now it's keep boiling without pressing any button. Now it is a bit too smart 😀
