Question about Bialetti Venus 4 cups
Can anyone tell me which handle is really on the cover? In picture 1 it is plastic connected to the handle On other pictures "only" a metal flap. Is this possibly still different in the sizes? Many thanks
The first picture is the old version of the Venus, with the plastic opener lid. The new, revised version only has a metal opener.
My jug also has the metal lid without plastic.
That's right, I've never noticed it before, the black plastic part in picture 1 is not available in any size (we have 3). And as romannellen says: doesn't get hot. It's the best version of Bialetti after decades of daily experience. :-D
All crome steel Bialetti have the same design. Plastic handle and metal lid. The cromium steel lid does not get hot.
