Just a few drops of fat are enough to prepare deep-fried dishes. The energy-saving Magneto base ensures efficiency on all heat sources, including induction cookers. The pan should be used on cookers with medium power. The pan can also be used in the oven up to +160°C. Note: When using on a gas cooker, make sure that the flame does not extend beyond the contours of the pan as this may cause overheating and damage the bakelite handles.
