Screw the container onto the kettle to securely close the coffee pot without using the handle. Place the coffee pot on the heat source. Use medium heat on the stove. Check the Brikka immediately after the cream has fully formed in the container and remove it from the heat promptly. Pour the coffee into the cups, distributing the coffee and cream evenly.
