Umai IH (or intelligent brain) is an advanced IH rice cooking system that produces perfect results with tailor-made multifunctional features such as steam, porridge, slow cook, cake baking, and crust (tahdig) settings. It includes a 24-hour preset timer and keep warm functions.

This rice cooker can handle 8 cups of uncooked rice (serving 1-8 persons) and has a capacity of 1.5 liters, operating at 220-240V and 50Hz.

It offers settings for white rice (long grain, short grain, sushi), brown rice, GABA, and Yumami (extra flavor). The multiphase cooking cycles automatically achieve the best taste, texture, nutrition, and aroma.

Additional features include see-through silk printed rice measuring lines and easy lift handles for healthier cooking. It is coated for a durable, long-lasting finish and includes an instruction manual, steam basket, measuring cup, rice spatula, and soup ladle.
