The Turk freeform forged iron pan is particularly suitable for searing steaks and for slow braising. Before first use, the pan should be seasoned to create a natural non-stick coating. Each pan from Turk is unique, made from a single piece of iron. It is compatible with all types of cooktops (electric, ceramic, gas, induction, open flame).
