Mit dem Severin SM 9684 zaubern Sie im Nu große Mengen warmen und kalten Milchschaum sowie heiße Milch. Die Ergebnisse sind durchgehend gut. Ein weiterer Vorteil: Das Gerät lässt sich einfach reinigen. Als einziger Kritikpunkt ist das etwas lautere Betriebsgeräusch beim Aufschäumen zu nennen. Preis: 99,99 Euro (UVP), Marktpreis aktuell bei rund 65 Euro (Stand: 9.2.2015).
...Während Milch im Topf verwirbelt wird, sorgt ein durchsichtiger Kunststoffdeckel dafür, dass keinerlei Milch herausspritzt. Sobald der Schaum fertig ist oder die Milch aufgewärmt, schaltet sich das Elektrogerät von Severin automatisch ab und ein akustisches Signal zeigt an, dass der Kaffee oder der Kakao serviert werden kann...
... Allerdings schwächelt der Severin nicht nur bei der 1,5 Prozent fetten Milch, sondern war auch bei der fetthaltigeren Frischmilch schwächer als der Schäumer von ABC-Lifestyle. Etwas überraschend war für uns, dass der Severin in der Schäumdauer und beim Stromverbrauch noch mal deutlich über den Werten des ABC-Gerätes lag.
