Unfortunately no
The frying pan would basically be top, but our glass ceramic plate was completely scratched by it. With our old frying pans it still looked like new...

Very good - fry without oil
Tip Top! I can highly recommend it. So far, only good results when frying meat and also vegetables achieved.
