Feedback on the Hurom 320h juicer
I would like to urgently share my feedback on the Hurom 320h juicer. Despite my initial enthusiasm for the product, I have found that a serious problem has developed with all three of the juicers we have used. The jamming of the auger in the strainer when disassembling and assembling is getting progressively worse, especially at the base of the auger where the gear is located.
This problem means that the auger can no longer be properly inserted into the screen unless considerable force is applied. This situation worsens despite regular hand washing of the appliance.
As a loyal customer and long-time user of your products, I am deeply concerned about this development. Whilst I appreciate the high juice yield and simple design of the Hurom 320h juicer, this problem is extremely frustrating and significantly affects the functionality of the appliance.Pro

Incredible
You can tell it's a quality machine. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Quick to clean. The juice is pulp-free, which is great for children (or adults) who don't necessarily like it. The only problem is that the cable should be able to be plugged in both ways, but it's against the left. Depending on the position of the appliance, the cable makes a loop behind the appliance.

I am totally convinced
The juicer is pleasantly quiet. It takes everything that is filled into the pressing chamber without any problems, right down to the last piece. The juice is very fine. There really is hardly any pulp in the juice. Very tasty juice. Juicing is very quick. The material is very high quality. What I haven't tried juicing yet are grasses. Chopping celery stalks is therefore no problem at all 😊👍🏻👍🏻. I can highly recommend it. I had a Green Star until now. It's very good for grasses and dry things, but it struggles with wet pressed material. This Hurom H320N doesn't have that at all. What is also important is that there is very little foam and the juice hardly oxidises at all. It glows beautifully in the respective colours.

Great device in very good quality
I am thrilled with this device. It is positive that such a device is made in Korea and not in China like most other devices. The parts of the juicer are made of very solid materials.
The first tests with carrots and grapes were very successful - there were very tasty juices and quite dry pomace. So the "yield" is very good.
An absolute recommendation - the appliance is worth the price!Pro

Expensive but good
If you need it often then it is definitely worth paying this price and getting good quality. It's best to take more time and juice a lot, so you can fill the juice into glass bottles and always have something ready. In my opinion, definitely not for everyday use, as all the preparation of fruit and vegetables and the subsequent cleaning takes a lot of time.

Good product but no spare parts available for months
After 6 months of use only i wanted to change some spare parts and order from the official European Spare part shop but the parts are out of stock and worst when i managed to order it after waiting 3 months , my order was cancelled

Giant juicer
The device is much, much bigger than I had imagined. However, it is very solid and makes a high-quality impression.
I think it's great that you can put fruit and vegetables in more or less in one piece, even with the peel on. I find the noise emission to be moderate.

Safety efficiency decreases, difficult to clean, spare parts not available
The negative points mentioned above developed in my case after approx. 3-4 months and gradually worsened. Individual parts that come into direct contact with food become increasingly difficult to take apart when cleaning after a while. There are clear marks on the plastic parts that can no longer be removed even with vinegar/soda and/or lemon suds. As a result, these parts become increasingly yellow and residues make the appliance look shabby and unhygienic. Some narrow parts, such as the spout, are generally very difficult to clean. The appliance now makes a creaking noise, which apparently means that it no longer runs smoothly and this is getting worse. I'm worried that it's going to break down soon. Initially, I only wanted to replace one brush and the yellow rubber lip at the "waste" outlet, as both are also broken. Despite being cleaned immediately after each use, this yellow part has now turned black and brittle, which looks totally unhygienic. Cucumber juice, for example, or fruit/vegetables with a high water content, can hardly be produced at all as my appliance no longer extracts this properly. The same applies to celery stalks, the yield gets significantly worse over time. Unfortunately, I was blinded by the positive hype about it being the best vertical juicer on the market at the time. In conclusion, I consider the appliance to be very poor, as I fear that after approx. 1.5 years of use, it will soon give up the ghost. The service, which is part of this assessment, is also very poor. Some spare parts have not been available in Switzerland for 6 months, despite several requests. For me, this brand is therefore indirectly destroying its own products. Since after purchase, i.e. after approx. 1 year of daily use, the internal parts of the appliance that come into direct contact with the goods would actually have to be replaced again and again, the price would continue to rise. For this reason, after initial euphoria, I unfortunately cannot recommend the Hurom H320N and totally advise against this brand due to the lack of service. It is actually an absolute bad buy.
