After 20 minutes of operation, the appliance signalled a short circuit. Defect
Unfortunately, I only read the reviews on the Internet after the purchase. Many devices are already defective after a very short time. I would stay away from them. Fortunately, Galaxus offers a great service. I can return the device.

Ecoflow wave2 used private seller
The air conditioning we received did not correspond to the advertisement, which stated that it was in perfect working order. The casing is broken, the seals torn off, no accessory parts... the packaging was destroyed and unprotected. I do not recommend this seller, who also refuses to return the product for a refund. It's a hellish situation.

Defective after 2 hours of use (error code 30)
I bought the product in June 2024 because the price had been lowered in anticipation of the hot weather and a trip (camping) to the south. When I received the product, I tested it for 5 minutes to check that everything was OK. I was quite happy with my purchase in anticipation of my trip.
At the end of July, I used the air conditioning for the 1st time and after 1-2 hours of use, an error code 30 appeared on the screen and the air conditioning stopped working. I checked the unit's firmware and found that I had the latest version, so there was no update. I did some research on the Internet and read that this was a known fault and that there was nothing I could do except send the product back to the manufacturer. I opened the warranty case on 30 July 2024 and to date, 17 September 2024, I still haven't received any information from Digitec Galaxus, who tell me by phone each time that I have to wait a little longer. So I spent a large sum of money on comfort during the hot weather, but in the end it was all for nothing. The money is tied up in an unusable product, I had to endure the hot weather without my portable air conditioner and I haven't heard back from Digitec Galaxus. Even if Digitec Galaxus returned the product in the next few days, summer is over and the product is useless. At this point, it is better to wait until next year and get a new product or an update. I wouldn't recommend this product, because in the end it's a waste of time. What's more, don't forget to test the product for several hours before putting it away, otherwise you won't be able to benefit from a direct exchange within the 15-day period. I find it really appalling that Digitec Galaxus should make its customers wait so long for a brand new product, with no signs of use, perfectly packaged and having worked for barely 2 hours. An immediate refund or exchange would have been the least they could do, especially for such an expensive and seasonal product. In short, avoid and I am disappointed with Digitec Galaxus after years and thousands of francs of purchases on their site.Pro

Good idea but current series has massive flaws
We own several of these systems. The first two (approx. six months old) work perfectly. The device which was bought for the first time about a month ago showed the error "short circuit detection" after a very short time. I contacted Ecoflow support but unfortunately they couldn't help me either. I then sent the device back and received a new one after a while. Waited 24 hours to make sure everything was upright long enough. Started the system and after 20 minutes the fun was over again with the same error. The game with sending back and new system was repeated a second time so that the error occurred again after 20 minutes.
Definitely not recommended to buy until the problems in production are resolved.Pro
