Are these plates heat-resistant? Meaning, can they be used on top of a ceramic hob stove right after usage? Since ceramic hob stoves take a long time to cool off after usage, could these be used as a safety measure?

They support the heat of hot plates are suitable for storing hot pots and pans. But not as a safety measure directly on the ceramic hob just after using it. It should resist of the heat, but it will be transferred directly to the glass. So it's will be really hot also after that. That's not the purpose of that product.
