Why does the description of the black cooker with temperature control contain a warning about the socket, which is fused with 16 amps (type 23)? I can't find anything about this in the instruction manual and it's not mentioned for the other colours either. What applies now?

The plug is a big block, it's not a simple plug. It is adapted to Swiss current.

The 2nd picture of the product description shows a CH plug. But the description itself says "with adapter". What is only correct, currently in January 2024?

Currently, fixed adapters are still included with the orders, so they appear to be units with earthing contact plugs.

The same thing over and over again, "Delivered tomorrow" has not been true for some time now. Why don't you finally stop doing this and give correct delivery times? I ordered on 26.12. and if I'm lucky, the delivery will arrive on 09.01. And no, this is not an isolated case, ordered on 4 January and delivery now on 9 January if I'm lucky. Brack etc. deliver more punctually or provide honest information.

We bought the Smeg kettle. When it is in "standby" mode, there is a high-pitched whirring noise at the base. Is this normal, or have we bought an appliance that doesn't work?

Good evening I would like to ask you if this kettle has a CH plug? I would like to avoid it being supplied with an EU plug and needing an additional CH adapter. Even if the adapter was supplied free of charge, I don't want to have to use an adapter. Thanks a lot Valentin

The interior is made of steel, but there are individual plastic elements (e.g. at the holder or the spout) that can come into contact with the water. According to the manufacturer, these elements are BPA-free.
