Hello The difference is the numbering of the containers. It is Twin Dos and therefore there are also two containers that you can fill with your own detergent. So you need both containers if you want to switch to your own detergent. I hope I was able to help you with the answer. Greetings

Miele's original fill is a 2-phase detergent. One is effectively yellow, the other a blue liquid. However, you can obviously also fill your own liquid detergent - it just doesn't use the "2 phases". Hope this helps!
