Hello, the appliance has two programmes, one for 40 minutes and the other for 1 hour. However, depending on the quality of the rice, it can be ready in 15 or 20 minutes and sometimes it can take 6 minutes. It keeps hot for a long time. You can always programme with the app but I don't use it because of the data and it's Chinese.

The instructions are in English. No Swiss plug, but I've asked for one and hope to get it.
