Sorry, no idea. My battery still works fine. It should be available from Hoover.

Our vacuum cleaner can no longer be charged, the indicator light only flashes (according to the instructions, it should light up continuously until the battery is full again - which has worked like this until now). Does anyone have experience with this problem? The device can no longer be used at the moment...

No, the wall mount is not connected to electricity. A separate power supply unit is supplied for charging.
