Slicer with serrated knife. I also ordered a knife without serrations for cutting salami, etc. The machine is extremely good, even considering the very low price. The machine is extraordinarily good, also considering the very reasonable price.

The appliance is well suited for cutting meat. However, I recommend ordering the smooth cutting knife, which is available as an accessory. Also, for chinois, cut the meat slightly frozen.

When you buy the product, it comes with a wavy knife. This is basically an all-round knife with which all can be cut well. Nevertheless, I find the smooth knife more suitable for ham or sausage, as it creates a cleaner cut. I therefore ordered it as an accessory and am satisfied with it.

and this would be the CH version: Graef Classic C 20
This makes the difference in price.
