This model is only available in German. The description was probably an automatic translation error, which unfortunately happens a lot at Galaxus. There is a multi-language model (see Emerio Egg Cooker,6 eggs,Light/Multi-language. Voice display ). Perhaps Galaxus can offer you an exchange, I'll try to call them and explain your problem.

Good day I don't think that's possible with the appliance. On the one hand, the lid will no longer fit on it, which is probably needed to keep the steam around the egg. And the programmes are designed for chicken eggs. I would advise you to use a different appliance or a different pan.
