Hello, yes, it works with the Dreame L10 Prime. You cannot set how much detergent is used, only activate the option "Automatically add detergent" under "Settings for intelligent wiping".
It says that this product works with the L10s Ultra model. Is it also compatible with the L10 Ultra?

No, because according to Dreame the L10 has no automated cleaning agent.
