Hello, I have more questions: are the large jars also made of glass, can they also be used for making yoghurt? Can I use other (larger) jars for making yoghurt, or will this not work over time? Can the time be set freely, or can you only choose between yoghurt and cheese? can you make granular cottage cheese with this appliance? Greetings, sonja

Hello, the two large containers are made of plastic. Larger containers do not fit (height) in the maker. The time can be freely selected for yoghurt and "cheese". No experience with cottage cheese. LG
