Am I somehow seeing this wrong or why are 20 bags 15.65 and 40 bags 11.70? They are not unit prices.
That is correct. Please note that the 20-bag offer comes from a marketplace retailer. Unfortunately, we have no influence on their pricing.

According to our information, this is 40x.
5 litre bags are designed for 5 litre buckets, so they should fit. In case of doubt, however, it is better to order the next larger bag size.
