Perpetue. In collaboration with the design studio BIG GAME, Opinel has returned to the roots of the brand. To the roots of the design, with references to the historical shapes of Opinel knives. To the roots of the family, honoring a woman: Perpetue Opinel (1813-1858), the grandmother of the company's founder, Joseph Opinel. Alongside her husband Victor-Amedee, she forged nails in the heart of the Alps, in Savoy. Opinel dared to imagine that she loved objects with a simple, timeless aesthetic, robust and enduring. The Perpetue Box consists of 4 knives with pleasantly curved handles and micro-serrated blades in clear lines. The knives are made of stainless steel X20Cr13, monoblock, and are dishwasher safe.
