All products in the series feature an easy-care and high-quality 3-layer Eclipse interior coating, which is non-stick and enables cooking with less fat. Clean the cookware before first use; you may also lightly grease it.

Use fat or cooking oil for frying. Use moderate frying temperatures. Do not heat the cookware when empty, as it may damage the coating. Use wooden or plastic utensils. Only wash by hand; do not wash in the dishwasher. Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction.
