The fresh water tank holds 1.5 liters and can be refilled during operation. Water from this tank is passed through a heat exchanger in the heating boiler, where it is heated to over 100 °C to achieve the ideal brewing temperature of 92 °C in the brew head for espresso preparation. The heating boiler, with a capacity of 0.75 liters, also generates steam for frothing milk. Both the water tank and heating boiler are made from high-quality, flavor-neutral stainless steel.
