The machine with a 120-minute timer is the ideal device for canning various types of fruits, vegetables, and meats. You can set the exact canning time with the timer. The canner automatically turns off after the specified time has elapsed. It is also excellent for cooking and keeping soups and stews warm, especially when used with the simmering insert or soup insert. The soup or stew is heated in a water bath, preventing anything from burning. The machine is permanently acid-resistant and enameled.
