The protective sole was designed by Swiss engineers from Laurastar. It protects delicate fabrics and prevents shiny spots on dark materials. Additionally, it allows for ironing heat-sensitive fabrics such as silk. This is made possible by a special coating that reduces the heat of the iron's soleplate. The protective sole was specifically developed for Laurastar's 3D iron and is very easy to attach. First, place the tip of the iron in the front part of the protective sole and then lower the iron to secure it using the designated tab at the back of the sole. Wait about 2 minutes for the sole to reach the right temperature to gently iron even delicate fabrics. Compatible with the Laurastar Pulse Silver, Laurastar Pulse, and Laurastar S7a ironing systems, as well as the Laurastar G7 steam ironing station.
