Product details

Completely made of cast iron, enameled. The lid has tabs on the inside that allow water droplets (steam) to fall back, keeping the food moist and flavorful. Suitable for all types of heat sources, including induction. Not dishwasher safe. Not suitable for use in the microwave. Available in various sizes; the smallest one also works well as a serving platter.
