While the milk foam after heating & frothing the milk has an impressive volume, it gets very hot in the Fakir model: We measured 80.6 °C here, which can spoil the flavour of the milk. It is also a pity that at the end of the heating & foaming process = 60.9 % of the milk remains in the model.
