The EvaTrio stainless steel lid with strainer is flat and plate-shaped, allowing for easy stacking while also providing an additional use: during cooking, the silicone mat seals tightly. When draining the cooking water, the silicone mat automatically lifts slightly from the pot lid, allowing the cooking water to safely drain through the metal strainer.
