The 'Smart' frying pan is made of pressed aluminium, wall thickness approx. 2.5 mm. It has a perforated induction base (approx. 2.7 mm thick), which ensures very good heat conduction. The pan has a black ILAG Basic non-stick coating on the inside, with a honeycomb structure and punched oil dosing system, and a silicone polyester coating on the outside. It has a soft-touch handle with a grey aluminium flame guard. Dishwasher safe. Suitable for all hob types.
