Made of stainless steel, with an interior of stainless steel 18/8 - 18/10 and a continuous aluminum core. The exterior features magnetic stainless steel with a total material thickness of approximately 2.5 mm. Both the outside and inside are mirror polished, and it has a honeycomb bottom. The raised stainless steel structure effectively protects the non-stick coating and is scratch resistant. It allows for sharp and crispy preparation at high temperatures, ensuring even heat distribution from the bottom to the edge. The oil dosing system (Oil Optimizer) guarantees reduced use of oils for low-fat, grease-free cooking. It is easy to clean, ovenproof up to 240°C, and suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.
